Nationwide.com 2.0
In 2012, I had joined Nationwide UX team, and we joined multiple teams and created a usability lab in a new downtown Columbus location. The first project I was able to be a part of was redesigning the company’s primary website. This was also a migration from an old content management system to a new one. I created the first ever high fidelity prototype to be used in the UX lab to do research and collect all the feedback from the research team. Using the feedback and making changes I was able to provide the development team the specs to build the new site using Tridion (CMS). It was a huge success and was one of the highlights of my career.
